Effective: at site launch. Owner: BriDec Holdings LLC. Contact: support@raidline.app
The short version, because we want it to stay short: We store your email and the
date you signed up. Nothing else. No cookies, no tracking pixel, no analytics.
Email me at support@raidline.app asking to be deleted and it's all gone, usually the same day.
The full list of what we do and don't collect:
Account: your email address, a salted hash of your password, and the date
you registered. That is the entire account. No phone number, no address, no contacts.
Never, by design: Niantic or Pokémon GO login credentials (we have no field
that could hold one), and no traffic of any kind between our servers and any game server.
RaidLine talks only to its own servers.
Location: we do not collect precise location. Never were, never will be.
Lobbies carry a region tag typed by a human, like "US-East", nothing more.
Lobby data: what players choose to post (a boss name, a region tag, a
friend code they display) and queue positions the system computes. Deleting your account removes
your entries.
Trackers: none. No analytics SDKs, no ad SDKs, no ads in the product at
any price tier, and no third-party scripts — with one named exception: the anti-bot check on
the signup form loads a challenge script from Cloudflare (challenges.cloudflare.com), the
same company already serving every file on this page. It checks that you're a browser, not a
robot, and sets no persistent cookies. That is the entire third-party footprint.
On-device scanning (if you opt into it): screen analysis runs entirely on
your phone. No screenshots or photos ever leave your device.
Payments: handled by Apple and Google through their stores. We see
subscription status, never card numbers.
Servers: AWS (us-east-1) and Cloudflare for DNS/edge. Logs are minimal,
kept short, and used only to keep the service running and fix breakage.
